Transmission oil cooler is needed to prevent the transmission cvt oil to stay cool so it does not go into fail safe mode here in the texas heat. After about 2 hours of driving in 90 plus weather the vehicle shuts power. It is unfortunate timing when in traffic and you have no power and you have to pull over without getting hit to put the vehicle in park and shut it down to reset the safe mode.
