When driving the vehicle on snow covered roads, it will first shake and shudder then it will eventually stall. The air conditioning regularly stops working and will blow out warm air. Rear hatch supports/hydraulics are not opening properly. They make loud scraping noises and you have to physically hold the gate to ensure it doesn't fall. The vehicle is stationary during this issue. There is a recall on others for the same problem but my vin is not included when obviously it should be. It started when the car was one year old.

Could lead to window breaking or exploding at speed, causing heavy distraction and potential accident.
