While driving on highway and on small roads, the car will slow and even when accelerator is pushed the rpms will not increase over 3000 and the engine does not rev and the vehicle loses acceleration. This is a very hazardous situation. The vehicle does not accelerate in order to pull over to get out of the way of traffic. All fluids are maintained. The vehicle is properly serviced.

When the car is in motion driving for a period of 30 minutes or longer or going up a hill the acceleration stops and the car will slow down no matter how much you press on the gas paedal. I have not experienced it heating up according to the tempeture but the car does smell like burnt.
