Popping noise coming from the front of the vehicle when turning

Purchased a 2014 nissa rogue sv with 24,000 miles on it. Wife drove it everyday and started experiencing a popping noise on the driver side when making low speed left turns. Found a tsb ntb15-062c. Had my mechanic replace front end suspension out of my pocket when nissan is well aware of this issue with this year vehicle.

Well first off the vin # on my rogue is for an awd and mine is a fwd?? The seat belts in the back seat lock and are hard to release when trying to buckle. Worries me that they aren't going to do what they need to in an accident. The steering wheel pops when turning right or left.
