I had my car serviced at a nissan dealership service. The vehicle stayed their for at least a week. They did a job that requires taking out the battery, i got the vehicle the seat belt reminder chime is no longer working. I verified with the consumer affairs nissan and they said that the repair is not covered under nissan seat belt warranty.this is a safety issue and i believe it needs to be a recall. Thank you

The driver's seat shifts with acceleration and braking. This is a known issue with 2014 models. Dealer states the frame needs replaced, not covered under warrantee. What will happen in the event of an accident? Faulty seat frame cannot be safe. I have 43000 miles on my car.
