The windshield has a defect in it. At night when passing other vehicles when their headlights hit the windshield looks like 1000's of specks thus obstructing vision. I bought this vehicle used in 2018 this vehicle to my knowledge hadn't been involved in any wrecks to have caused this.

I have been noticing water accumulation under the drivers side seat and also fogging on the windshield in front of the drivers side. This is all happening during summers. I have removed more than a gallon water already and it keeps coming back i think.

Preparing for a road trip, we had the car in our garage and filled the washer fluid tank (after completely emptying it) with fluid that will not freeze up to -40f and it was working fine for a few hours while driving, however later while driving no fluid was coming out on either the front or rear windshield.
