I noticed recently that my vehicle's heater is not working properly, when i turn on the defogger/ heater, the passenger side works fine, but the driver's side only blows cold air, which, when living in the north east is a problem on cold days as the window will fog up while driving. The windshield has a defect in it. At night when passing other vehicles when their headlights hit the windshield looks like 1000's of specks thus obstructing vision. I bought this vehicle used in 2018 this vehicle to my knowledge hadn't been involved in any wrecks to have caused this.

I have been noticing water accumulation under the drivers side seat and also fogging on the windshield in front of the drivers side. This is all happening during summers. I have removed more than a gallon water already and it keeps coming back i think.

Rear view mirror fell off while being adjusted by driver and took a chunk of the windshield glass with it. The car is only three years old and has the original windshield and rear view mirror. The vehicle was in motion of a city street at the time.

My car windshield no longer defrosts making visibility very poor. Heat does not work at all. Had the problem initially when the car was purchased but i thought the poor heat was due to a more environmentally friendly heating system. Heat has continued to get worse with every year of ownership and has not stopped working entirely. Dealer says the heater box is defect and does not allow air over heater core.
