Air bag indicator on dash flashing. Fault indicates that the passenger seat has a faulty seat cushion sensor. Dealer stated that owner has to pay $2,000 to repair. In the mean time any passenger riding in the passenger seat does not have airbag protection. I do not understand why nissan is not required to repair safety issues?

Nissan has not had a recall on their 2008-2010 rogue yet. 2008 is the 1st generation of this vehicle. I have had engine cradle problems, control arm problems. These car makers need to be held accountable for their product.

This recall was not applied to my vin but i have diagnosed through a nissan dealership that i have the same issue. Nissan will not help to cover the costs of repair.
